Subprocessor Register
The providers that process personal data so ComidaQR can run, and what each one receives.
Last updated October 16, 2026
In short
- Six providers, each limited to one job.
- Hosting and most providers are in the United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses.
- OpenAI only receives what a restaurant's AI features need, and only when the restaurant uses them: menu content, and for the owner assistant the figures a question needs, which can include guests' names and notes.
- We will update this page before adding or replacing a provider.
A summary to help you read. The full text below is what applies.
